The sod has been removed and piled... it will be used to fill the beds half way to make soil.

the lime has been placed and is ready for the new beds

Saturday October 29, 2016 rain/snow/ or shine we build the circle garden that has 18 raised beds spanning 69' in diameter

Team leads are on site for 7:00 am to get set up and get organized.

Volunteers are asked to arrive for 10:00 am
if you are coming to watch bring a chair and blanket
If you are coming to build bring a drill and batteries, we have generators to recharge. and Staple guns and staples...Please label everything with your name as it will get busy.

beds will be built
they will be lined with plastic
then capped off
and filled with sod and leaves

Children will only be allowed in the build area is accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

there will be painting and carving of pumpkins as well as rock painting for a permanent mosaic.

I am a senior just recently moved to the area and would love to help garden. I miss digging in the dirt. and of course the crunch of eating a fresh vegetable. How do I volunteer?
